It looks like the new Ipaq 6510 & 6515 will be offered through Cingular in the US. This is not a huge surprise as the devices support EDGE high speed data transfer, and Cingular is currently the only US provider offering an EDGE network.
"Although this wireless carrier has not yet officially confirmed that it intends to offer these models, it recently made it clear that it will begin doing so in the near future. Cingular is now offering rebates on many of its mobile phones and smartphones. Listed on the rebate form are both the iPAQ hw6510 and the iPAQ hw6515."
