The FCC has granted approval to Acer for thier N310 and N311 Pocket PC's. This is significant in that it is the first indication that Acer is planning a North American release for these devices.
"The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has given Acer permission to release in the U.S. two new Pocket PCs which will be part of the N300 series. Both of the N310 and N311 will offer 3.7-inch VGA screens and USB host capabilities. They will include Bluetooth 1.2, as well, but only the N311 will have WiFi."
