The much talked about UBiQUiO 501 Pocket PC Phone has shown up as available for pre-order on the Mobile Planet web site
The ultra-slim UBiQUiO 501 features a 200 MHz TI OMAP 750 processor. The device has a QWERTY keypad, along with a 2.5-inch QVGA touch-sensitive display. It features a 2 MP camera which is slightly better than its competitors such as the Samsung i320 and Motorola Q, which both feature 1.3 mp cameras.
While the device looks cool, the current price from Mobile Planet is a little outrageous. Click the link below to check it out.
