Smartphone and Pocket PC Magazine has announced the finalists for their 2006 Software Awards.
"The 2007 Best Software Awards finalists are now public. These top vote getters have a finalist icon besides their name in the nominations listings. Winners will be announced with the publication of the 2007 Buyer's Guide, and appear on-line no later than October 16."
