Modeo has announced that they will be running a beta of their mobile television service in New York City.
"After a delay of a few weeks, Modeo is all set to launch a 'commercial beta' trial of its DVB-H (Digital Video Broadcasting - Handheld) television service in New York City. The Crown Castle subsidiary will deliver DVB-H-enabled HTC Pocket PC Phones (code-named Foreseer) to several hundred people, who will then be able to watch video and listen to audio content over Modeo's broadcast network. And, of course, offer feedback as to how well it works."
