Cesium Telecom, Inc., a leading North American distributor of GSM handsets and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) accessories announced today it has signed an agreement with i-mate, the leader in Windows Mobile based devices and solutions, to distribute i-mate smart devices throughout Canada.
